  Setting up an Internet connection using Teamviewer Remote

• Download the ENCODEPRO REMOTE from the Downloads page
  to your Desktop and run the file.
• Supply us with the ID and password which will appear onscreen and
  we will be able to connect to your PC

  AntiVirus software detects EncodePro as a threat

• Disable your Antivirus software before installing EncodePro.
• Create an EXCEPTION in the Antivirus software for EncodePro. This
  simply tells the Antivirus to ignore EncodePro as a threat.

EncodePro software has been encrypted for security reasons. Some Antivirus programs interpret this as a threat and delete the installation file.

  The EncodePro screens and buttons do not line up

The default SCREEN APPEARANCE setting on your PC is not set at 100%

• Open the Windows CONTROL PANEL
• Navigate to APPEARANCE AND PERSONALIZATION
• Click on DISPLAY
• Select the option marked  DEFAULT (100%)

  EncodePro icon is not on desktop after installation

• Open the Windows EXPLORER
• Navigate to the C:\EncodePro\Release folder
• Right click on the EncodePro.exe file
• Select the SEND TO DESKTOP (CREATE SHORTCUT) option
